This week was a blurrrrrrrrrr, here are the highlights.

Monday: Elder Rees got his teeth cleaned and picked up a 200 dollar bill, we went and shot hoops and I'm back to certified bucket status. And I took a fatty nap.

Tuesday: Got a new service gig at an establishment by the name of Newby-ginnings, and I inherited another vest, which puts my grand total of vests to 5. We had a wonderful lesson with a friend Brian who is currently working on developing a zombie video game, afterwards we had dinner with Ute a hugee German lady who made some beef and broccoli (way better than lil bros, learn how to cook bum) we went along with our bishop and visited a few of his youth and hyped them up about missionary work (even the depressing parts) and I got so bored that night I made a Spider-Man pillow. I'm trying to be pick up on some more hobbies, arts and crafts have been calling my name.

Wednesday: At the food bank I discovered a little trick to listen to some music I enjoy, I buttered up the manager and got her to throw some oldie tunes on aux, let's goooo. Still trunky for music...mountains...a normal life....etc. But we're doing good , finding ways to get along with the other elders and joy. We had dinner with the Strongs, Gary the husband burnt the rice and his wife about beat him, so fun. He shared his experiences in the war as an undercover spy who got German soldiers drunk to leech information from them. He is the equivalent of a Mr McMarthy substitute teacher I had back home, I could listen to him forever. On the note of war, we visited another friend of ours who was in his boxers playing Fortnite (he secured the victory.) He is covered in sooo many tattoos, homie looks like an Etch 'n' Sketch pad. On the way to the car wash to prep for car inspection the AP's called and asked if I'd set the church building for zone conference. We spent the whole night scrambling to get it finished.

Thursday: Zone conference. This was actually such a spiritually fulfilling conference, God really is in the details, read your patriarchal blessing, I dare you. We went back to Newby and this one dude about threw hands with me because I couldn't find his couch, and then his dad threw him in truck and peeled off with a couch hanging out the back. We visited an ex marine member, he let me feel the shrapnel in his literal face (he received 2 purple hearts because he got shot and blown up) and after he gave me a taco he had me sign his beneficiary of death as his final witness. Toby Ficklin had us for dinner and he is hilarious, he has a Boston accent and he's a clown (in a good way) met a cop who ironically has the last name Glock. Reminds me of a song...hanging on my earlobe is a rock, hanging on my waistline is a glock .. pop pop!

Friday: We went to a place called Burger Bunker and I got the sandwich by the name of "The Grenade" which lived up to its name as it blew up in my stomach. I also led the area today on an exchange and I drove for the first time in the mish, I got 5 tiwi violations and hit 1 curb, but I did get back into the swing of things. Missionary advice, always visit a member at the end of the day so they can hype you up after a depressing day.

Saturday and Sunday: Idek what happened these days, had a fantastic stake conference, caught another mouse, cleaned a hoarders house, played with some kiddos, etc etc
